I have a quick introduction on how the ROM model should work and taking into account what I just read it makes so much sense to have a model which helps you to define the structure and roles of a team, in many occasions during a deploy or an incident if your structure is not define that could cause a bottle neck or delays to solved a problem and provide an optimal service
