@Isabelle Holland shares her story and her motivation for joining Blue Prim for Good.Having grown up in a rural part of Australia in my younger years; had it not been for many of the organisations, food banks and scholarship program that assisted me growing up through my schooling and then University education, I would not have had the opportunities available to me that have now led me to be working in London at a Blue Prism. Having spent time as a scout as a teenager, and as a volunteer worker over the course of my career; giving back to my community for what is has given me is something I have always been passionate about.
When I first heard about the ‘Blue Prism for Good’ initiative I was eager to find out how I could get involved, as I feel it’s just as important for organisations as well as the individual to have a strong focus on what they can do not only for their teams but for communities too.
I have now gone on to become an ambassador for the not for profit sector, and am excited to start supporting more initiatives as we progress.
As we now find ourselves in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, it has never been more integral to ensure we can support each other and continue the Blue Prism for Good work that we are doing to help our wider communities and global teams, and I look forward to supporting the exciting new initiatives all of our ambassadors are working on both locally and globally.
