  • 1.  Exception screen captures not updating

    I have a resource whose exception screenshots are not updating when I try to view them in the control room, but they have been working in the past. 1) My process/object has the "Save screen capture" checkmark ticked for the required exception, 2) The BP Settings menu contains the "Allow latest screen capture", 3) My database's encryption hasn't changed, and 4) Neither has my own role nor the resource's roles changed. But it seems like the same screenshot from 24 hours ago is the only thing I see even when my ticked exception is happening a lot more recently. I'm not sure what the problem might be. Any ideas?  I'm not sure if it makes any difference, but this exception bubbles up/preserves through a series of other exceptions, all of which have the "Save screen capture" checkmark ticked.

    Hi Wes_Grey, Are you running the process from process studio or control room?. If you are running  from process studio, You will not able to see the screenshot in control room.
