Error Could not get process definition

    Hello,

    I got an error that blueprism could not get process definition when openning the process from the studio, and the process is bocked under my name.
    While someone else try to unlock it, it shows directly the message "Couldn't get process definition" and the locked changed to his name.

    Could you please help me to solve the problem ?

    We see that error before, please review our KB Article "How do I fix the error "Could not get process definition" when opening a Process from Studio"

    Hello @Luis Lopez, I have same problem as described above and we are using BP v6.5.1. while having validation turned off on both PRD and DEV and we still get the error. Is there anything else we can try to resolve the problem?
