This usually means that you have a second startup script somewhere.
    A few places to check:
    • Sometimes people have the startup script in the all users startup folder and service account folder.
      • The All Users Startup Folder is located at the following path: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp.
      • The Current User Startup Folder is located here: C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.
    • You could also check to see if you have two startup scripts in the same startup folder.
    • If you have using Windows Task Scheduler to start your script, you could check to make sure you don't have two things scheduled to start upon startup.
You could also search the PC for *.bat to find all the batch files and see if you can find which one is starting the listener.
