    This week the communities team launched a new program that will allow our users to get recognition for their participation on the Blue Prism Communities. 


    Earn points and level up in the community by getting involved. For each action you take in the community, you are awarded points. Earning points and repeating certain actions will also earn you badges which are displayed on your profile as acheivements. 


    We hope to expand this program over time to reward our active users and add some fun to communities participation. Head to the Getting Started page and scroll to the bottom for a full explanation on points, badges, and where to find them.

    A Simple suggestion:

    1- Is it possible to include 0.5 points for every thread read as well? It will provide an incentive to grow the knowledge as well. People who only come to forums to find solutions can also be benefited from this.

    Hi Norah,

    I'm not sure if its only for me but i see some inconsistency in the badges displayed in my profile.  while i have badges for starting 10 and 50 discussions or replying to. i dont see badges for 5 and 25 :) same applies to reply badge.  there is a glitch in the matrix

    I hope it helps improving the badge program

    Hey @Jerin Jose,

    Thanks so much for the feedback! I've taken a look and managed to fix the greyed out badges displaying incorrectly - when you have a chance, please take a look and let me know if it's resolved for you! As for the assigned badges, the intention is for you to just be seeing your highest earned badge of each type. Let me take a look at those and see if I can resolve that as well.
