You have to Set the Key Name in SYSTEM - Queue, it must be the same like in your Collection you Add to Queue
    "Key Name"

The key name should be a field within the collection that's being added. The key field itself does not need to be unique; you can have multiple of the same key value potentially. I typically set it to either an ID field if one exists, or a field that's useful to see when viewing the work queue items.

Does the queue need to be active and have values in the collection for it to write in the Case ID?
