    Hello, do you have any solution about BP scheduler using, use scheduler in a really flexible way? Ideally it can check which resource is free, and then arrange process to that resource automatically.

    Hello Coco,

    There are multiple ways to achieve that:
    1) Using Resource Pool: instead of assigning processes to a specific machine, you can group those resources into a resource pool, then assign the process to the resource pool. When executing the schedule, the resource pool will automatically allocate the available resource to execute the scheduled task;

    2) Using Dynamic Scheduler to replace the native scheduler: Basically you can assign one robot to act as the "Master Robot" to dynamically tracking the resource availability and launching tasks against the available resources. You can even prioritise the tasks using this method, but you won't be able to use the native scheduler for assigning tasks. You can find the relevant guides and sample processes on the portal: https://portal.blueprism.com/documents/privileged?title=dynamic&category=All&lang=1382

    3) A hybrid model of the above two, to have a "Resource Manager" robot to manage log in/out of the runtime resources and use the resource pool with the native scheduler to execute tasks. This method is useful when you need to sign in the runtime resources with different user accounts for different processes;
