A community for Blue Prism Decipher users.

  • 1.  Decipher upgrade 1.2

    Hi I recently upgraded to decipher 1.2 from 1.1 version. In the admin panel screen all the pages got loaded after pressing ctlr F5.
    But the Capture Model screen keeps on loading not showing the existing capture model screens yet.

    Can advise what to do to avoid this loading

    Have you tried deleting your browsing cookies and temporary files, then restarting your browser?

    Hi Sathya,

    I would recommend reinstalling the web client (uninstall, then install again) and if that doesn't work, please raise a support ticket for us to investigate.

Decipher IDP is currently available without additional cost to Blue Prism customers with Production or Business-Critical support.
