A community for Blue Prism Decipher users.

  • 1.  users list not displayed after 1.2 instalaltion

    Hi

    I have updated Decipher 1.2 successfully and all services are running. When I access  IDP tool ->users list I am getting  the error as in attachment . the highlighted  users I have created for customer purpose.

    I am not getting option to delete also to recreate . in fact no users are getting displayed on screen.

    Please note that I didn't  use separate Database

    Can you please guide me to rectify this error?

    Hi Krishna,

    This might be a cache issue for the browser, try pressing F5.

    I have done that already , but no result
    I see some error when i tried create user  from error.log .  any  clue on this

    Hi Krishna,

    I haven't seen those specific errors, it may be worth trying to uninstall and reinstall the Decipher 1.2 components. This shouldn't delete any of your data, but take a back up to be sure.

    If this fails, please raise a support ticket so we can look into this.

    Thanks Ben,
    I reinstalled Decipher server 1.2  only , it worked  now am able to access users list also.

Decipher IDP is a Blue Prism product for Intelligent Document Processing. It allows organizations to easily extract, analyse and understand data from a range of documents whether these are PDFs, email attachements, or even scanned paperwork.
Decipher IDP is currently available without additional cost to Blue Prism customers with Production or Business-Critical support.
Please contact your Blue Prism Account Manager or Customer Success Director for information on accessing Decipher. They will be able to request a license key which is required to be able to install Decipher IDP.
Yes, a trial version is available for Blue Prism customers. Please contact your Blue Prism Account Manager or Customer Success Director for information on accessing Decipher. We are planning to offer a trial version available for download from our DX later this year.
