A community for Blue Prism Decipher users.

  • 1.  Facing below error Decipher 1.2

    Hello,

    I updated to Decipher 1.2 and it was working pretty fine for the last 3 weeks but today when I'm running it is throwing the below notification message while I've not changed any settings in the meantime. I restarted the machine and the error is still there not letting me push documents. I checked all services are in running status.

    Any idea how to resolve this?

    What is the status of your license in Blue Prism?
    Have any changes been made to your version of Blue Prism?

    No changes were made to the Blue prism license and Decipher license. Both are valid and active. No updates made to blue prism and I'm on 6.10.2 while Decipher version is 1.2

    Better restart all services and also restart "Decipher" from IIS
    Still issue is there please observe  the error.log and cans shar error messages

    I don't know how but today it is working fine as usual and not showing that error message anymore.

    Not sure what happened as I haven't made any changes.

Decipher IDP is a Blue Prism product for Intelligent Document Processing. It allows organizations to easily extract, analyse and understand data from a range of documents whether these are PDFs, email attachements, or even scanned paperwork.
Decipher IDP is currently available without additional cost to Blue Prism customers with Production or Business-Critical support.
Please contact your Blue Prism Account Manager or Customer Success Director for information on accessing Decipher. They will be able to request a license key which is required to be able to install Decipher IDP.
Yes, a trial version is available for Blue Prism customers. Please contact your Blue Prism Account Manager or Customer Success Director for information on accessing Decipher. We are planning to offer a trial version available for download from our DX later this year.
