    Hi Everyone,
    This is Pankaj Naik. I have overall 15 years of experience in IT . Over 10 years of experience in development using c#,VB.Net, oracle and SQL.
    I am very passionate about automation that is why i choose RPA .Even in RPA tools i like Blue Prism a lot because of its powerful powerfull features and its simpliycity and ease of use. I have around 1 year of experience in BP. 
    Due to COVID 19 i have lost my job. Request from all of you to help me as you all here are working in RPA Blue Prism , and surely you can help.

    Hi Everyone

    This is Takashi Suzuki.
    I am improving the efficiency of my back office operations.

    -Current role:
    Blue Prism Developer, Operator, Manager(Not ROM-compliant, but our company is short-staffed....)

    -Where you're currently based:
    Japan (Gunma Prefecture.There are many hot springs)

    -Background in RPA/Tech:
    At first we used RDA.
    But it had a lot of administrative problems.
    I implemented Blue Prism (a really great product).
    In 10 months, I have rebuilt about 50 RDAs into RPAs.
    It was hard work, but I learned a lot of skills in a short period of time.
    Thanks to this, I recently received my APD01 certification.

    -Why you joined the BP Community:
    RDA is widespread in Japan.
    I participated in the conference because I want to know many case studies outside Japan.

    And I am a Badge collector.

     -Background in RPA/Tech: Was asked to try out this new application called Blue Prism in my company about 6 years ago and became the first developer in the company, we had 5 Runtime Resources and 3 processes.  We now have 25 Runtime Resources and around 20 processes and perform around 1.25 million transactions per year 
    -Why you joined the BP Community: Learn new techniques , gain insights into better ways of working and hopefully help people !

    -Current role: I just completed my graduation in b tech from CMR engineering college (2020). i just completed 2 days back blue prism developer certificate. later i joined blue prism community chart now i'm doing a community tasks to get more badges and popular.
    -Where you're currently based: INDIA.
    -Background in RPA/Tech: I don't have any experience but i learn software languages and about software. Now i heard about BP then i joined after i get BP developer certificate, now i'm the member of women in RPA.  
    -Why you joined the BP Community: Basically i'm from mechanical department. so, i know about machine learning, RPA, mechanical software like autoCAD, catia-ansys. But i was interested on... RPA. that's why i came here and i joined in BP community.

    I am Anton. I am currently based in Hamilton, New Zealand. I came to New Zealand as a Business Analyst but am currently assisting with the pilot of Blue Prism in our organisation which is in the Health Care industry. I started my automation career in automation as a BA for Standard Bank of South Africa in the Intelligent Automation space. There I got certified as a Workfusion Automation & Machine Learning Engineer. I then worked for Liberty as the Intelligent Automation Lead before moving to NZ. In lockdown I completed the Blue Prism developer training. I am here to keep abreast of everything Blue Prism.

    My name is Jenna and I work for a professional services company that offers a wide variety of services from accounting to technology and almost everywhere in between.

    -Current role: "Intellient Automation Lead"  I am charged with finding efficiencies in process and implementing RPA or working with the integration team whenever possible.
    -Where you're currently based: Suburban Chicago
    -Background in RPA/Tech: I officially started training last September in Blue Prism, however since my prior role wasn't filled until the end of the year, I didn't really dive in until December/January of 2020.  I have no IT experience.  I'm actually a CPA by trade and this transition has been eye-opening, to say the least.
    -Why you joined the BP Community: I am on an island in my organization.  Currently, I am the only one working in BP, I have no one here to guide me or even to bounce ideas off of.  I'm hoping the BP Community can help fill that void.

    Hi all

    It's really exciting to see how international RPA really is.

    -Current role: Robotic Architect

    -Where you're currently based: Shropshire, United Kingdom

    -Background in RPA/Tech: I've had very little background in RPA, but always had a slight technical bent. We started our RPA journey as a proof of concept in 2018 and created our first Robotics team in 2019. It has been a roller-coaster of a journey over the last 16 months since the team started with loads of processes going live and a number of the team (including me) becoming accredited developers; but also lots of challenges that we've had to work through whilst we explore our digital estate with new processes.

    -Why you joined the BP Community: My previous role was in Knowledge Management, and the ethos around the importance of sharing knowledge is something that I still fully believe in. These online communities are a great resource of information, not only for getting help with issues but also networking and having contacts in different places, and sharing your experiences. Anybody can write down something they've learned (the 'what you know' knowledge), but the importance of the more subjective knowledge ('who you know' and shared experience) is often more important, harder gain and cannot be efficiently written down.
