LDAP Connection Problems

Hello there. So i just wanted to clarefy a problem that's happening on this interact version. To make sure you understand the problem.

1 - This is an AD group on BP. as you can see i am (x151270) inside of the AD group YGAPBPROM.

Now when i set up de LDAP settings with the same query but without de AD group like CN=YGAPBPROM i can find my self but when i press "save" i get 0 results

    2 -

3 - If i put on the query "CN=YGAPBPROM, OU=XNUC, OU=Grupo BCP Users,DC=bcpcorp,DC=net" i don't get results on the "lookupuser button" when i search with my number.

4 - If i put on the query "CN=X151270, OU=XNUC, OU=Grupo BCP Users,DC=bcpcorp,DC=net" i can find my self and that's the only way, after pressing save, i get a list (of 1 obviously) of users to add.

So basically i never managed to get more then 1 user on the LDAP functionality.

Any one knows how to get this working?

If you look at your IMS logs, do you see any "user parse" or other errors?

Make sure that each user has the required attributes e.g. email, userprinciplename

Hi Joao, the IMS logs can be found on your Interact server at the default location: C:\Program Files(x86)\Blue Prism\IMS\Logs_IMS

so we have been looking on the logs and yes we do have some users without attributes and that's the known issue of the Interact LDAP. But we have 15000 users and i can't understad how do we filter on our interact query. We use AD grups and we should be able to filter by group. If we could filter then the users without attributes and the query would work... This works fine on BP so i just don't get it.

Did any one already use this on a big corp? Because the query will import always all of your organization users and that's terrible to handle.

    Thanks,
