    Hello Sireesha,


    Error 0x802 indicates that the license has previously been activated.  A Blue Prism Trial license can only be activated once.


    If you haven't previously activated the license, then I suggest you forward the license email you received from one of our Digital Workers to our support team via and they can confirm and advise further.

    Hi sir, its showing when we try to install the same license in another system. even i want the same trial license to be installed in my second pc.
