Process Intelligence combines Process Mining, Task Mining, and ongoing monitoring and analytics to provide real-time insights into what processes to automate and transform for the highest return on investment and how to run them at peak performance enterprise-wide.

Blue Prism Process Intelligence combines process and task mining in a single platform, and has a unique time-based architecture that captures every event on every process instance, providing a granular set of analytic capabilities out of the box with no-coding necessary. It can effectively discover and analyze highly variable case-based processes as well as more standardized processes such as order to Cash, Procure to Pay.
Blue Prism Process Intelligence is offered at no additional cost to all Blue Prism digital worker licenses while a client is subscribed in Production Support or Business Critical Support contract. This All-Inclusive entitlement will include two (2) Projects that can be used to discovery, analyze and monitor end to end processes or tasks.
Customers will need to request the licenses through their Blue Prism account team or Partner manager.
