Dear Sushma,
I believe that after setting up login agent, login agent icon is not getting displayed in control.
I faced same issue couple of months, sometimes for complex environment the traditional installation will not work and we need to enable some additional group policies to resolve this issue
Please cross check below area's to resolve your issue
Step 1: Please check during installation below items you have performed.



Step 2: Please make sure below mentioned all the policies has been enabled.




Step 3 : Please check weather login agent services is up and running.

Step 4: Please perform, ping test/telnet test and tracert test to make sure there is no connectivity issues in the specific machine.
After performing above steps also if it's not working, go to below path and check the logs. If still if your unable to resolve it, please let me know I'm happy to help you over the screen sharing.

I am working on a login agent for blue prism v7.1. I have done all re requisites that need to be done for the login agent but I couldn't able to see the following icon in the resource shown in the image below

- How to identify runtime resource is the key icon for resource not appearing in the control room?
- Is there any setting issue that the icon is not appearing?
