Did Bot navigated to the exception stage or Aquire? I observed that in some of the flags even though the value is false it is indicating True when we visually see in the page level but actually it might navigate to the Acquire( I observed this behavior in 6.10.2 version) But never get chance to open a support ticket for that. Only observed in few cases running the process in debug mode.
I suggest step in to the next step after the decision stage and observe the behavior, if you already did, it might be totally different issue and ignore my response.

I am attempting to run my process for a collector in our new platform (2022.1), when stepping through, and entering the locks tab, upon querying the lock it is telling me a lock is held to be true, however this is not the case, this process is not locked. When I try to release the lock, it is asking me for a token but i do not have one, as this process is not locked. In addition to this, skipping over the lock held section and trying to "Acquire" a new lock it crashes the process....


Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
