Hello Community,

Greetings,

I am working on Email- POP3/SMTP to send and receive mail for Outlook mail. But while sending and receiving mail I am facing the following error "Internal: Could not execute code stage because the exception is thrown by code stage: Failure sending mail. - Unable to connect to the remote server"  

I got SMTP/POP3 Details from the Web Outlook email sync

Are there any settings that need to be done in Outlook to make it work if yes anyone please provide me what all changes or settings needed to be done

Hi @Sushma Rajolli

There shouldnt be anything you need to configure in outlook since the smtp and pop wont use the installed outlook app but send/receive directly from the server. It more likely the smtp server or port number you set in the configure stage is incorrect. You should double check with your IT team what the server address and port numbers are as they are often directly from the standard settings and can be unique to your organisation.
