    Hi Gowtham Bopaiah,

    Check whether Blue Prism extension is enabled and pinned in the browser

    Below is BP extension compatability.

    Hi Gowtham Bopiah,

    I have faced similar issue what  @Micheal Charron mentioned in the conversation. It would be better to cross check where chrome is installed in each VM and make sure it is consistent  and if necessary update APP modeller.

    If that is not the option  you are looking . As @Micheal Charron mentioned you might need read registry and  determine the path

    Hi Gowtham Bopaiah,

    1) In the browser open the extension icon( Left click) on the right side( Right to the blue prism icon in the below screenshot)
    Below my blue prism extension is pinned so that's why I'm able to see in the browser panel

    2) Check  next to the blue prism extension  pin is enabled some thing like below if not I would enable it and check again

    Make sure restart the Browser before testing

    @Gowtham Bopaiah

    One thing you might want to check is that, sometime ago, the Chrome setup changed the installation directory from C:\Program Files (x86) to C:\Program Files. Because of our VMs being setup at different times, we ended up with a mixture of the two setup paths. We ended up having to put in code to read the registry determine the appropriate setup folder so that we could pass it to the launch action.

    Hii Micheal , thanks for the input , but i just verified the chrome path is the same path in both VI and BP .C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe

    Hi Gowtham,

    Please check in application modeler whether you have configurated correct chrome.exe file.

    Also check in browser compatibility metric article to make sure your using correct browser version according to your blueprism version.

    Can you please share your application modeler screenshot to check further also share the error message screenshot.
