SPY error ( JAVA option) - Encountering Error ; Index was outside the bounds of the array.

    hi All,

       I am trying to spy a java application using java option and I encounter the Index was outside the bounds of  the array error message.

      Java application is activated using JAVA 11 version.

     Java installed in the 64 bit WINDOWS 10 operating system.

    1) C:\program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_66

    2) C:\program Files\Java\jdk-11.0.12\

    when I key in java -version from the command prompt, it shows 11.0.12. 

    Any one has encountered this error before and know how to fix it.

    I think you have more than one JRE installed. 

    For example like this one

    Remove the other Java versions and leave only one version of Java that is supported by Blue Prism (LINK HERE)
