Community Coins contest Terms & Conditions

The promoter of the Competition and prize provider is Blue Prism Limited of 2 Cinnamon Park, Crab Lane, Fearnhead, Warrington, England, WA2 0XP, with registered company number 04260035 (“Blue Prism”).

The Competition shall be known as the Blue Prism Community Coin Monthly Challenges.

 

The Competition is open to members of the Blue Prism Community aged 18 years or over, excluding: (a) employees of Blue Prism or its affiliated companies, (b) employees of agents or suppliers of Blue Prism or its affiliated companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration, and (c) members of the immediate families or households of those identified in (a) and/or (b). You are not eligible to participate in the Competition or win a prize if you are prohibited or restricted by law from doing so. By entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. Blue Prism may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition and/or win a prize and eligibility determinations shall be made at Blue Prism’s sole discretion. One entry per person per monthly challenge. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not permitted.

 

Each month there are six prizes to be won, consisting of five Amazon gift card with a value of US$50 each and a voucher that can be redeemed to enable one person to sit a Blue Prism certification exam of their choosing from those available at the relevant time (an “Exam Voucher”). Gift cards/vouchers must be redeemed by the applicable expiry date. The prizes are subject to availability and Blue Prism reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value. Prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered. There is no cash alternative for prizes and prizes are not negotiable or transferable. Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the prize winner. Winners should seek independent advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern. We make no representation or warranty in relation to prizes provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any prize, its fitness for purpose, merchantability or otherwise.

 

The first monthly challenge will be open for entry from 9 am GMT on 1 April 2022 (the “Opening Time”). Thereafter, each monthly challenge will be open for entry from 9 am GMT on the 1^st day of the month. Each monthly challenge will close at 9 am GMT on the final day of that month (the “Closing Time”). The Competition will cease at the end of December 2022. To enter the Competition in any given month, you must be awarded all five of the Blue Prism Community Coins that have been selected by Blue Prism as being the relevant Community Coins for that monthly challenge by completing the relevant activities within or related to the Blue Prism Community. For your entry to be valid in any given month, you must be awarded all five of the relevant Community Coins for that monthly challenge by the Closing Time and provide us with a contact email address, your name and your country and county/state of residence upon request. Entries completed after the Closing Time are automatically disqualified. Blue Prism reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its absolute discretion. Blue Prism will not accept: (a) responsibility for Competition entries that are lost, mislaid, delayed or prevented, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or (b) proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition. By participating in the Competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and any amendments to them. 

8. Miscellaneous

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Blue Prism may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the Competition. Blue Prism reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so. By entering the Competition, you release Blue Prism, relevant third parties, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agencies, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Competition or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, except as prohibited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Prism reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the Competition at any time, in its sole discretion. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
