Alberta Health Services (AHS) is a $14B publicly-traded organization that offers
healthcare services to over 4M Albertans.
With over 180,000 users, AHS is Canada's fifth-largest organization.
To increase the effectiveness and efficiency of AHS' services, through the development of a digital workforce, the Automation COE will return capacity back to the business and improve quality and patient & customer experience.
This presentation will detail the steps needed to create an Automation COE based on
AHS' experience automating 13 processes in 180 days. Lessons learned will be reviewed
along with tools & templates for a successful RPA.
