Send Email when resource pc get shutdown/hanged or Crash

Can we add some functionality which will notify the developer or controller team when resource pc is getting shutdown or hanged or crash.
It will increase our bot utilization time and experience of user.

Please let me know if you need more details from my end.

Hello @Nilesh Jadhav

 

On the Digital Exchange, there is a popular solution available to monitor then notify you if the Resources become unavailable.

 

 

We’ll keep this Idea under consideration for now, to continue capture the voice of our customers as we may include an alternative solution in future.

Although Alerts are in place for such scenarios. But email notification can also be checked from IC or some kind of bridge between RTR which can fulfill this purpose and send email alerts to stakeholders.
