Here’s how it works

1. Sign up

Fill-in the form to let us know you’re interested in being involved in future Blue Prism and intelligent automation user research.

2. Keep an eye on your inbox

When we have a project we think you’d be a good fit for, our Product Research team will reach out by email to qualify your current use and experience with Blue Prism and give you more details about that specific piece of research.

We may also send you surveys to get a better understanding of how you’re using our products, as well as your level of satisfaction with Blue Prism.

3. Join-in

Once our Product Research team has ensured you’re the right fit for the project, we’ll enroll you to the activity. Most will be done online, but we may invite you to join us at one of our offices around the world. Of course, we’ll make sure to share all the details so you know what to expect

4. Get rewarded

Once your participation is complete, we’ll give you a small token of our appreciation that you can redeem against some shiny Blue Prism branded items, charity donations or experiences. You’ll also have our eternal gratitude for helping us shape the future of intelligent automation.


Anyone who uses Blue Prism’s products, either from a very technical standpoint such as a developer, or from a distance such as a partner or consultant. You don’t need to be an expert, or use the product every day, to sign-up. We’d like to talk to anyone over the age of 18 who has a vested interest in Blue Prism, intelligent automation or robotic process automation.
Of course. Most of our research will take place in a virtual environment. If we ever invite you to visit us on site, we will cover your transportation and accommodation costs in line with our applicable travel and expenses policy.
It all depends on what we need you for. We'll make sure to explain details of the research project, as well as the expected time commitment, when we contact you to validate your participation. Activities can range from a 1-hour workshop with our design team, to long-term feature beta testing, to simply filling out a survey.
We can’t guarantee that we’ll contact you to participate in a research project, as it depends on our internal requirements. However, we may send you one or two emails each year to get an idea of how you’re using our products.
Only if you consent to receiving marketing emails in your form, but you can unsubscribe at any time. Otherwise, all emails we send you will be about the Product Research Program, including asking you about your use of Blue Prism up to 2 times a year.
