Product Research Program

Product Research Program

The SS&C Blue Prism Product Research Program is the go-to destination to help shape and influence the future of intelligent automation.

As a member of this program, you'll be invited to share your experience and feedback in discussions, workshops, early access programs, and answer questions in polls, surveys and interviews. This also means you'll be better equipped to improve how you implement automation in your organisation.

All users of Blue Prism and Chorus products are welcome. Whether you have years or months of experience, whether you’re a data controller or head of RPA, we'd love to hear your feedback!

What's in it for you?

Here’s how it works

1. Sign up

Fill in the form and tell us a bit more about you – your role, what products you use, and your Blue Prism experience.

2. Join-in

When there is a research project that we’d like you to get involved in, you will receive an email from our Product Research team with all the important details about the piece of research, and what we’d be asking you to do.

Most activities will be done online, but we may invite you to join us at one of our offices around the world. Of course, we’ll make sure to share all the details so you know what to expect.

4. Get rewarded

For most research activities, we will offer a token of thanks in the forms of vouchers which you can choose from several retailers, or donations to charity. All details about these rewards are included in the email for that specific piece of research. You’ll also have our eternal gratitude for helping us shape the future of intelligent automation.

FAQ

Anyone who uses Blue Prism’s products, either from a very technical standpoint such as a developer, or from a distance such as a partner or consultant. You don’t need to be an expert, or use the product every day, to sign-up. We’d like to talk to anyone over the age of 18 who has a vested interest in Blue Prism, intelligent automation or robotic process automation.
Of course. Most of our research will take place in a virtual environment. If we ever invite you to visit us on site, we will cover your transportation and accommodation costs in line with our applicable travel and expenses policy.
It all depends on what we need you for. We'll make sure to explain details of the research project, as well as the expected time commitment, when we contact you to validate your participation. Activities can range from a 1-hour workshop with our design team, to long-term feature beta testing, to simply filling out a survey.
We can’t guarantee that we’ll contact you to participate in a research project, as it depends on our internal requirements. However, we may send you one or two emails each year to get an idea of how you’re using our products.
Only if you consent to receiving marketing emails in your form, but you can unsubscribe at any time. Otherwise, all emails we send you will be about the Product Research Program, including asking you about your use of Blue Prism up to 2 times a year.
