Problem: If you have empty category in forms, you can't delete it.

Hi, fairly certain you can work around it. If you launch studio - do this:
Start BPBEFORE login click 'Change language'select 'Using Windows locale settings'Click 'Change and continue'
Depending on BP version - that's it, it will use locale date form...
