Hi, I am looking for any documentation/checklist that can help guide the client on the roles and requirements of technology (IT team of client organization) and various stages of BOT (from define to implementation)

I encourage you to take a look at Blue Prism's Robotic Operating Model (ROM) which is a framework for an RPA initiative and considers all of the people/processes/infrastructure that surround an RPA initiative.
