SAP Solution Manager alert handling

We are trying to read / update alerts generated by SAP Solution Manager via BP as the alerts appear in inbox ( browser based application ) solution is time consuming , any suggestions with respect to API's for reading alerts , other solutions welocme.

Thanks for your message, because this is a web-based application, we don't have an API to manage this type of alert.
Take a look in here in the DX, maybe someone creates a VBO or API that will help you.
