Microsoft Azure from Blue prism for OCR

Hi,

We want to integrate Microsoft Azure OCR with BP using their API, we want to send image and get the response back from API with complete text from image. This is something new for us and hence looking for some information or pointers to work in right direction. Is there any standard VBO for the same or if anyone has developed and can share a custom solution, will be really helpful.

@KrishnaA - If I need to verify that signature is present above signature field, which functionality of Azure will solve the purpose. OCR wont help here as sign can be in any form and shape not similar to letter. I just need to validate in a form if person has signed it and just need a True or False. Do you think if Form Recognizer can solve the purpose?

Am not very sure whether Forms Analyzer can fulfill your stated requirement. However, found this white paper on "SIGNATURE LINE DETECTION IN SCANNED DOCUMENTS" which should provide some insights on how to achieve this.
