      <title>Facing error while using Connector for NEOOPS MS Outlook VBO</title>

      <description>Hi Team,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have been using &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Connector for NEOOPS MS Outlook VBO &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;f&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;or long, but for past few days we are getting the below error while using the action &lt;STRONG&gt;"Get All Account".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;

I just tested it on my machine and it seemed to work fine. I have two accounts on my local Outlook and the &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Get All Accounts&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; action returned both in the output Collection.​&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you using &lt;STRONG&gt;Cached Exchange Mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; in Outlook? I've seen situations where this feature needs to be turned on and others where it needs to be turned off.
