100+ process Monitoring in Control

Hi All,

How to monitor 100+ processes in BP control room without any mistake.
As it is difficult for couple of resources to keep an eye on 100+ live processes running in control room.

Please provide the methods or approaches use to ease the work for resources.

Please forward this to other group and get suggestions.

Hi All,

Thanks for reply.

I have come across two solutions which can ease the work of control and monitoring team work.

First:
Developer team have to include the Alert stage in their process while there process get terminated.
During the deployment, deployment team needs to configure the process in System Tab-->Security-->User.
So every time process get terminated controller team will get notification on their machine or resources.

This should be included in practice to ease work of monitoring team.

Second:
This require extra cost and infrastructure.
We can develop one Web Dashboard.
For this development team should have access to Blue Prism Database where all information store regards to process status(pending, running, terminated and all).
Once the process get terminated pop-up message should be come on monitor
Advance level or one step further, on failure of bot we can add sent message or text functionality on mobile, via dashboard.

Above mention both the process will ease the work of controller and monitoring team.

Please share your more inputs.
