Authorization for downloading assets from DX

Hi, all.

One of our customers is asking us they can't download assets from the DX due to they believe they are not authorized. Is there any type of authorizations required to be able to download assets from the DX other than access right to the portal?

Hi @HongJooChoi

You need to be authenticated in the DX tool to download any asset.

Check the licence terms section for any considerations you may have.

Witch asset are you trying to Download?

@HongJooChoi,

As @PabloSarabia has pointed out, they simply need to be logged in to the DX. If they can see the menu items My Profile and My Account they should be logged in.
