Blue prism License are distributed via partners. You can reach out to blue prism support in order to inquire about the license or partnering your organisation or else you may need to reach out to partnered vendor to provide you the license.

I'm not following your question. Are you asking if you can pay for a BP license based upon usage and/or hourly basis or are you asking how are BP licenses priced?
