Download attachment of an attached email via EWS

I am using EWS - agilify VBO to implement attachment downloading and it is able to download attachment of many types such as excel and text files. But I am not able to download the attached mails in the email.

Appreciate your advice. Thanks!

Very late reply.

Is it specifically just when using EWS?
I initially had issues download attachments in general using Agilify VBO but after setting all possible extensions in the extensions collection, I've had zero issues with it.
