Issue while launching mainframe application from Blue Prim

Hi All,

I'm facing issue while launching mainframe application. Mainframe(BPCS) has been installed properly and I'm able to launch it directly by WS file but When I'm trying to launch it from BP getting below error

"Failed to launch application - Launch failed: Error from ConnectToHostOrSession: Cannot create ActiveX component."

I'm selecting IBM Personal communication (COM API) and giving the path where WS file is located.

Any suggestion for the above error please?

Hi Soniya,

Are you running into this while debugging within the Interactive Client or when running the process on a Runtime Resource? I'm just wondering if the Blue Prism process may not have permissions to access to location where you've placed the .WS file?

The same issue i am facing now, right now am trying from debug mode run from launch action.
