&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;File Name&lt;/STRONG&gt; - This is the actual name of the file.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Field Name&lt;/STRONG&gt; - This pertains to multipart form data. If there's a particular field name for Slack, which I don't recall, you can set it here. Otherwise, you can enter a value like&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Filename&lt;/EM&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Content-Type&lt;/STRONG&gt; - This is the actual mime type that corresponds to the file you're uploading. You can find the appropriate mime-type by searching Google for mime type and the file extension.&lt;/LI&gt;
