Unified Ideas Page for the Digital Exchange and Assets

We're rolling out a new, unified Ideas page for the Digital Exchange platform and Assets that you'd like to see created/updated and posted to the DX.

The new Ideas page can be accessed from the main DX navigation menu under Explore -> Asset Ideas.

Note: The DX Platform Ideas link will eventually be removed as it points to the older Ideas page.

On the new Ideas page, verify that you are shown as logged in. This is indicated in the right corner of the page. If it says Log in / Sign up, click the link to ensure you're seen as logged in.

If you're logged in, it will be reflected by a user/avatar icon. Once you're logged in, click the ADD A NEW IDEA button.

On the next screen, select whether your idea is related to an asset idea or an idea for the DX platform.

On the final screen, enter a brief summary of your idea (ex. Add support for XYZ to the ABC VBO), a more detailed description of the idea (this is can be very important to the development team if it's a complex idea), and then click the SHARE NEW ASSET IDEA button.

Thanks, Eric for the details. But are both ideation going to merge or will they be separate? The regular ideation portal and DX ideation portal?

My ideas and votes section are not showing updated information in this portal but i have submitted few. Refer snip from my account.

Also - For my submission - Instead of Name - You word is showing
For other submission - I can see name as Guest.

Please can you check and suggest on this

Hello @ewilson - Thanks for attending this.

Issue 1 where i was not able to see the names for my submission and other submission is RESOLVED now.

Issue 2 for My ideas/votes :
First observation is that i am not able to see the profile icon shown below:It was present earlier but not visible now.

Second Observation : Count for my Ideas/votes are showing till the time that ideas is not completed. Once it is completed(which is hidden by default) it is reducing the count as well. i was hoping that from my ideas/votes section - one can easily see his/her ALL submitted ideas or votes but this is not the case.

please can you check if i am missing something.

@Neeraj Kumar,

Yes, the view of the profile has been removed as we changed the integration w/ Aha! to automatically read the SAML cert from the Community. So basically, as long as you are logged into the Community site you'll also be logged into the Aha! system for submitting ideas.

The counts are off do to a separate issue that we've raised with Aha!. We'll keep you posted.
