Connecting to Power Platform

I'm trying to connect BP to MS Flow using this guide. However when I get to the step of importing a JSON file as a custom connector (pages 8-9 in the guide), I get an error stating the file is not in JSON format

Is anyone else running into this issue? How can I resolve?

Just to follow up on this, the developer sent me an email via GitHub and instructed me to open the file in 'raw' format. This showed me the JSON format and I copy/pasted into notepad. I then opened the original swagger file downloaded and replaced it with the JSON format. This worked. Thanks!
