BP listener not kicking in

Hi everyone,

Not been able to find a similar thread so hope someone can help. This has been working for a long time but last few days on a few of our machines the listener is not picking up - Have restarted the vm, turning off and on the listener, tried turning off and on the schedule, have tried cloning and creating a new schedule to no avail. We can drag processes on the vm and that works fine, but annoyingly listener is just not kicking in. It's also showing in event logs that the listener is on. Any ideas? We're on BP6.10.5. Thanks!

Is a little strange, becuase I see the listener see other 4 active connections.
How this Runtime Resource is show in the Control Tab?
If yu try drag and drop a process to this Runtime Resource, what error do you get?

Are you sure is connected to the correct Blue Prism Server?

Hi Luis (can't reply directly for some reason),

It shows as Idle in the control room, and if drag a process onto the resource it runs without issue. we have 5 out of around 70 machines with this issue now.

Do you get an error if you drag a process to this Runtime Resource with that issue?

Is the issue only when running using a scheduler? Do try RUN NOW from the Scheduler?
