Function for DX InDev PDF to Excel Converter

Hi,

I found this prebuilt function and tried it out. But received an error immediately. I was setting it up and testing it on my design studio. I have not even published it yet.

Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Cannot create ActiveX component.

I closed all my excel and PDF files and rerun still get the same error.

I am new to BP so I hope that I followed the implementation instruction correctly.

Please advise how to resolve this.

Need to verify that the Office applications (Word and Excel) are installed on the machine where this is being run. That error typically means that something is being referenced but it's either not installed or it's not properly registered in the Windows Registry.

Hi Ruth

This object will create an excel file in the same location as the PDF you are trying to convert so double check you have write access to that folder as well.
