"Operation failed" MS Outlook VBO Move Item and MS Outlook VBO Save Email as File

Hello,

As the title indicates, when I try to use the MS Outlook VBO "Move Item" or "Save Email as File" actions, I receive the error "Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: The operation failed".

The interesting thing is that it runs fine on my VDI, but not on the remote machines that I need it to run on. It's all the same version of Outlook and cached exchange mode is on. All of the subfolders are there.

Any suggestions?

Hi @rawilliams

Did you get a chance to check the object for any validation errors? Additionally, cross-check if there are any missing DLLs, such as Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.dll.
