Decipher Separate Exception Document to New Batch

Hello,

I'm working with Blue Prism Decipher and encountering an issue with batch processing.

Setup:

Submitted 2 documents: 1 passed automatically, 1 failed (likely due to classification or low data confidence).
Batch type settings:
- ✅ "Separate exception documents in a new batch" – ON
- ✅ "Automatically skip Class Verify" – ON
- ❌ "Automatically skip Data Verify" – OFF

Issue:
After running the process, the batch gets stuck at the Data Verification stage. The failed document doesn't get moved into a separate exception batch as expected. Instead, the entire batch halts.

Question:
Why isn’t the failed document being separated into a new exception batch, and why is the entire batch stuck at Data Verification? Is there something wrong with my batch type configuration or confidence thresholds?

Hi @JiaXuanTan ,

This could be the reason why the batch is stalled in Data Verification Stage in Decipher.

"Automatically skip Data Verify" – OFF : This setting is forcing all the documents to go through data verification stage unless all the fields confidence threshold is met.

You can try below and see of you are getting as inetnded and let me know,

Try to Turn ON "Automatically skip Data Verify", so that all the documents move to the next stage and if a document is really having a less confidence threshold will be into exception thus creates a new exception batch as per your setting
