Is this process already being done by humans? If yes, would it be possible to create a set of repeatable rules to do so? If yes, then it should be possible to translate those rules into logic inside of a BP Process.

If not, then an IDP tool (such as Blue Prism's Decipher, link https://portal.blueprism.com/product/decipher-idp) may be worth investigating.
