Hi Sidramappa,

Session variables serves with many perks. During the process run time you can pass values or change it in the control room session management pane while your process is running.

Some of the real case scenarios are:

1.Looping path change.
2. Safe stop the process.
3. Differentiating Test and Production Run.
4. Provides much optimization in solution design.

Whenever you need to change the flow of the process as per your given input during runtime, for example, there is a process where you have to insert a checkpoint for work queue, which is not fixed depending on the volume work queue, suppose if volume is high you want BOT you want to send a report on every 100 or 200 records, where controller as to decide the checkpoint for same.
