プロセス for Blue Prism 遅延実行フレームワーク　について

こちらへの投稿が正しいのかどうか自信がないのですが、Blue Prism Global Customer Support <support@blueprism.com>に問い合わせたところコミュニティへの投稿を推奨されたため投稿します。
冗長で恐縮ですがアドバイス頂けると幸いです。

背景：
先行スケジュールが延びてしまい後続スケジュールが動作しない状況が発生しているため、DXサイトに掲載されている遅延実行フレームワーク　を試してみたいと考えています。
この件について以下困っています。

その１：
プロセス for Blue Prism 遅延実行フレームワーク　が掲載されているページ（https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/dx/entry/9648/solution/blue-prism--4）内の「遅延実行フレームワークユーザーガイド 1.0」ドキュメントについて、
P.3に記載されているURL（https://portal.blueprism.com/documents/blue-prism-dynamic-scheduler-examples）にアクセスすると以下メッセージが表示され内容を確認することができません。
内容を見たいのですがどうすればよいのでしょうか？また日本語版がありましたらその情報頂けるとありがたいです。

表示されたメッセージ：

その２：
プロセス for Blue Prism 遅延実行フレームワーク　が掲載されているページ（https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/dx/entry/9648/solution/blue-prism--4）の右上にあるダウンロードボタンを押して資料のダウンロードを行いました。
この資料内に「遅延実行フレームワークユーザーガイド 1.0」ドキュメント　P.4に記載されている成果物があると思っていたのですが、bprelease等入っていないようでした。
成果物はどのような方法で入手できるのか教えてください。

その３：
「遅延実行フレームワークユーザーガイド 1.0」ドキュメント　P.4に記載されている前提条件の「リアルタイム起動フレームワークが構成されていること」について、
「リアルタイム起動フレームワーク」のリンク先ページを閲覧しようとしたところ以下メッセージが表示されました。
DXサイトには既にログイン済みでしたが何か手順が足りなかったでしょうか？

表示されたメッセージ

You must be logged in to access this tool.
＝＝＝

その４（その３に関連して）：
ちなみにDXサイトのトップより検索機能を使って当該ページ「プロセス for Blue Prism リアルタイム起動フレームワーク」（https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/dx/entry/3439/solution/blue-prism--3）にアクセスすることはできました。
ただし、ページ右上のダウンロードボタンを押すと以下メッセージがポップアップダイアログ内に表示されダウンロードを行うことができませんでした。
資料のダウンロードはどうすればできるようになりますか？
