Foundation Training Section 9 - Work Queues 2 or Activity Sheet 18-5

원래 강의에서는 Oreder System Queue가 있는데, 이것에 대한 언급이 없습니다. 이것이 없어서 그런지 Control 에서 보면 아래 부분에 아무런 결과도 나타나지 않습니다. Order System Queue는 직접 만들어야 하나요? 아니면 어디에 자료가 있는 것인가요?

Hello, you can create a new queue from the System tab under Work Queue menu.

You have created Queue1 the right way, now you can rename it as you wish and add a unique key column name in the settings, so configure the queue.

Then from the studio, load some items and see if it should be visible here.

Thank you, but I have another serious problem. I cannot solve it anywhere. It says this system cannot access Microsoft OLEDB. I have been struggling with this problem for over ten days. It seems that I have to give up learning Blue Prism. Thank you so much.

Oh, while installing Blue Prism, did you install all the pre-requisite components? This seems to be something related to your computer infrastructure error.

Hi @winners5,

could you please check if the Blue Prism and Access Database Engine or other software you are using are on same bit i.e., both BP and other software are in 32-bit or both in 64-bit. Ideally if both are not in same bit this issue might arise.

Hi @winners5 , Kindly check software center in your machine if any updates for Microsoft OLEDB or not. & if everything is good means please uninstall the Microsoft OLEDB & reinstall it.
