the solution is to delete files from %TEMP% folder. I have there like 63000 files. IMO the files were created by the BP (maybe) form the Read stages.

      <description>We are working on a web based application (ARIS PPM) which runs on Firefox browser here we are identified the elements using Region mode, while running this through BP we are reading one element from login page as €œRead Text with OCR(in Read Stage)€&amp;#157; but here BP is throwing €œThe File Exists€&amp;#157; error, actually last month we run this application without the issue. If you have any idea on this issue, Please help us.

We already tried  the above  link 's resolution but, still we are getting the same issue.
We restarted the machine and tried still getting same issue.</description>
