is there are best practice to get the robot usage /processing time... or all and analytics around the robot without using the dashboards ?.

Hi Hazem,
I would extract data from the BP SQL database to some sort of reporting tool, there is a thread about it in the Control Room forum, title: "third party control/ scheduling"
