Difference between Windows Login account and VM access acccount

Can anyone clarify the difference between the VM access account and the Windows Login account?

I am using RDP to access the VM which lead me to the inside the Windows seemlessly.

While testing the Login agent in the VM environment, it was observed that the "Check Logged In" action returns Logged in = False while actually I was inside the Windows. When I check out my account name with "whoami", it shows my VM access account and the same goes as well when checking it from the Settings->Accounts. Nevertheless, "Check Logged In" claims there's no one logged in.

We do not recommend the use of RDP "Remote Desktop" when you are using Login Agent. please take a look at the following KB Article "Can I use Remote Desktop Connection with Login Agent?"
