    <description>Dear All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have come across a problem in one of our processes.&lt;BR /&gt;After processing attachment(s) in an e-mail, we want to move the e-mail from the Outlook inbox to a specific sub-folder of the inbox.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Mostly, this action works completely fine. However, sometimes it does not work - and we receive the following error in the log viewer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ERROR: Internal: Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: The attempt to log on to Microsoft Exchange has failed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To be more specific, we are using MS Outlook Email VBO, as shown below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone encountered the same problem?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Hi Nikolaj,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It seems you're utilising your own customised or extended version of MS Outlook Email VBO to handle the specific Outlook user profile instead of the default profile.&lt;BR /&gt;For this scenario, you may need to disable the User Profile Offline Settings (&lt;EM&gt;Disable Use Cached Exchange Mode&lt;/EM&gt;)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Hi Jega,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your reply!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The User Profile Offline Settings have been disabled the entire time.
