Unsolicited PoPup Windows blocking work in the control room

Hello Blue Prism,

During work with Control room, Blue Prism send us many notifications via POPup windows. These Windows block all activity in Control Room until is clicked on button "OK".

These notifications gets all users in Control Room, even users who had not initiated activities described in Popup.

It is not easy to work with Control Room when these Pop Ups show up often.

Is there a way to prevent these windows from appearing or make them optional?

Could you reslove this in your next Blue Prism version?

Hi Vit,

We have some suggestions to troubleshoot these "MISSING RUNNER" errors in our Knowledge Base here: "Why am I receiving the missing runner error?"

If you're still receiving these errors after trying the resolution steps outlined in the KB article, I'd suggest to open a Support ticket with us so we could investigate further.
